  1. What size would fit my pet?

Please refer to the size chart provided on the product details page for product specific sizing. For further queries, please contact Customer Service.

2. What are the modes of payment we accept?

We accept all Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery(COD).

3. How long does an order made online take to reach me?

Generally, orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually take 1-5 working days to be delivered based on your location. Orders placed for NCR location are delivered in 1-2 Business Day (subject to availability of products in our Delhi warehouse)Orders can be tracked as well through portal

4. How many days after I buy something can I return it?

Please make sure that you raise an exchange request within 7 days of the product delivery.

5.How do I place an exchange or return request?

To raise an exchange request, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Login on our portal using your login credentials and raise an exchange request
Step 2: We will send someone to pick up the product from you at no cost to you. Please make sure that the product is unused with all tags intact.

Step 3: Once we receive your product at the warehouse and conduct a quality check, we will either offer you an exchange or store credit, in accordance with our policy.
Note that in case the product for exchange is unavailable, we will offer you credit and keep you posted on when the item is back in stock.
**Note that while the first exchange is free of cost, consequent exchanges may be at a cost borne by the customer.

Step 3: Once we receive your product at the warehouse and conduct a quality check, we will either offer you an exchange or store credit, in accordance with our policy.
Note that in case the product for exchange is unavailable, we will offer you credit and keep you posted on when the item is back in stock.

6.What all products are eligible for exchange and returns?

We will not accept returns or exchanges for the following items (unless received damaged or spoilt)

Edible and Perishable items like food & treats.etc

Beds,Crates,Cages

Toys

Dog Pads/Diapers

Items purchased during sale

Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:

If request is intiated after 7 days of delivery

Product is used or altered

Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the cutomer

Return attempted without original packaging including ,price tags, labels, original dog pad packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.

7. Can I cancel my online order?

Cancellations are applicable before the product is dispatched. Cancellation request can be raised through our portal

8.What if I receive damaged goods / expired products?

We keep a strict vigil before dispatching products to not ship damaged products, even then if a product received is damaged during transit please raise a request within 24hrs of delivery through our portal.
